We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we ask for a photo of the product, as we offer customers the option to buy lightly used items at a discount.

3. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No, all products are eligible for return.
4. What does the “Eco” button on the Shop page mean?
Through our returns partner, we offer customers the chance to buy discounted bags from others in their area. For example, if Mitch in Los Angeles buys garbage bags but his wife Jess already purchased 120 bags, Mitch may want to return his. Instead of us processing and reshipping the return, Ben, who lives nearby, can purchase Mitch’s lightly used bags at a discount. This reduces waste and costs for everyone.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at support@rubbishhome.com to initiate an exchange. We’ll send you a replacement once we’ve received the original item.
6. What are the conditions for refunds?
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@rubbishhome.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
9. Can I return a sale item?
Yes, sale items are eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
10. How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.
